Biologics - e.g. monoclonal antibodies, fusion peptides - are being rapidly applied to therapy of psoriasis and psoriatic artritis. They exert immunomodulation and systemic supression of inflammatory process. High efficacy of biologics in psoriasis is accompanied by unusually high for dermatology treatment costs. Our poll concerns only the treatment of psoriasis, not the psoriatic arthritis.
